Our favorite social media segment, Music Video of the Week, is coming back with a tickling bang. The video for “Earth” by Usanova @usanova.life, directed by Yura @yurakatynsky, poses one of the most pressing questions of our time – one that affects not only us but also the yet unborn generations.
The music video presents an unusual scenario: The characters visit an attraction where, with the help of advanced technologies, they can physically “feel the Earth.” The artist, Angelina, appears as a higher intelligence connected to this technology, transmitting visions and generating feelings within the participants.
The piece is a triumph of emotions, even from our third-person spectator view. The filming took place in the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, which features the giant mural “The Pain of the Earth” shown in the video, serving as a reminder that science should be aimed at protecting life on Earth, not the other way around.
Angelina is a woman of many titles, such as a singer, songwriter, and musician known for her songs on themes of peace, ecology, and love. She is also a sound healer. After completing her studies in ashrams in Austria and India, she earned the title of yoga master.
